Choose a rounded shoe with plenty of room for your toes and a wide, stable heel. Pointy shoes might look cute, but they can cramp your toes and cause painful ingrown toenails and calluses. Keep Your Feet Clean and Dry
Make sure you clean and scrub your feet with soap and water when you bathe, and be sure to dry them thoroughly. It’s a good idea to dry each toe individually, since excess moisture between toes can make a fertile breeding ground for fungus.

People who don’t wear socks, like women in heels, might be more susceptible to stress fractures since socks help absorb pressure on the feet over time. Socks can help keep your feet dry and offer them better support. Don’t keep socks for too long – if they start wearing down or have holes, they need to depart from your collection. Trim Your Nails Properly
Trim your nails straight across with toenail or manicure clippers. The nails should not be too short and should reach the tip of each toe. It’s best to trim your toenails when they are clean and dry. Any jagged edges left over? You can file them off with an emery board!
